The world most....

Sorry, been lazy to post nowadays. Just found this interesting website you may be interested in, it's a list of world records: www.aneki.com

For instance, world most sexually active country, is......France, with an average of 137 times annually.

or world most corrupted leader --- give you a hint, he put around 15-35 billion USD into his pocket when he was alive. gosh, 15 billion usd....roughly a quarter of how much Bill Gate worths.

By the way, Kuala Lumpur International Airport is not in top 5 best airports in the world now (according to this list, but based on skytrax.com survey, it's a 4 stars airport.)

For more details, explore it yourself! have fun!

P/S: i personally find some variations of the lists....For instance, some surveys claimed Moscow is the most expensive city to live in, but this website said Tokyo is the dearest city.

Well, inflation is a big thing in Moscow, prices seem to double themselves every year...Anyway, do you know which country has the highest inflation rate? hint: the rate is more than 300% per year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rye breads

Rye breads -- a very popular bread in Denmark, one of the traditional cuisine dishes , smørrebrød is served on rye breads.

Apparently rye breads are much more nutritious than normal white breads. However, some people don't like the sour taste of it.

In Russia, it's also known as 'black bread' or "Danish break". A popular snack "suhariki" is made from rye breads , where they toast it (i guess) or some other methods to make it very very dry and rather hard. It's like "bread chips", but not recommended for those whose teeth are not very strong.

Anyway, i have my variation of eating rye breads:

1. semi- suhariki cubes

slide the rye breads --> spread a layer of butter --> cut into cubes --> fry it lightly till crunchy. Add sauce (lemon juice+sugar+mayonnaise), and serve.

2. Vegetarian open sandwish (open sandwich means only a piece of sandwich, rather than two pieces of sandwich breads with filling in the middle.)

Well, i put tomatoes, seaweed, hard-boiled egg, and humus (i made it from white beans, I smashed it till 'porridge-like' and added seasoning.)

life is beautiful

It's ages ago since i watched this movie "Life is beautiful", La vita è bella (italian title); which tells the story of a Jewish father , who used his imagination to help his son to overcome the hard time in a Nazi concentration camp. It's amazing how this father managed to look on the bright side of life all the time.

Life is beautiful if you look at its beautiful sides.

As usual, i was facebook-ing , "fun wall-ing" just now, and saw this clip:

Six-year-old Jordan Primeau, who suffers from leukemia, has his dream of meeting the Maple Leafs come true." ---The uploader of this video wrote so.

For me, the most touching moment was when Jordan's mother said that her son used to tell her "mommy, please stop crying".

Life is beautiful, when there're people who love you, and whom you love.

During my one-week stay in Berlin, i went to watch " The bucket list", starred by 2 big Hollywood stars, Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman -- two patients who were at the edge of heaven, and one day, they listed out a list of things they want to do before they close their eyes forever , thus, the bucket list. (English saying, kick the bucket means to die.)
