Sarawak laksa

Haven't been posting for nearly a month. Been busy and kinda lots of things happening lately.

Anyway, would like to 're-start' my post with something yummy, as the saying goes, "A good start accounts for 50% of success."

Thank you Air Asia, for providing so many chances for Malaysians to get around. "Everybody can fly!" is the airline's slogan, but more precisely, everybody can afford to fly! Well, as usual, Air asia is having promotion again, rm10 only , to a few places, including the "Food haven in Eastern Malaysia" -- Kuching.

Apparently, among all the food, Sarawak laksa is a must-eat, perhaps top of the gourmet list.

"I can eat laksa every single morning and won't get bored," said friend A.

"When I travelled to Kuching last time, I ordered laksa wherever i go. I ordered one bowl if it's not very nice, but two bowls if they suited my taste." Added friend B.

"Sarawak laksa is very different from Peninsula de lah~~ Not like asam laksa or penang laksa lah.....It's Sarawak laksa....Hard to explain la.....come and eat then you know loh......."

Well well well, shame on me, as a Malaysian who haven't been to Sarawak yet. Thus, sampling sarawak laksa is on my bucket's list now.

Anyhow, coincidentally, my friends cooked Sarawak laksa today, and i was given the chance to try it!!!!!!!! wahahahahahaha.

Thank you Zer Pin and Lovelyn :D

*shhhhh.....i'm a vegetarian actually.....Please don't tell me how you cook the laksa, just say it's vegetarian ok! The belacan is definitely the best part of it, it's vegetarian belacan hoh, if it's not, please tell me it's vegetarian, white lies won't harm......lol.*
