Apparently rye breads are much more nutritious than normal white breads. However, some people don't like the sour taste of it.
In Russia, it's also known as 'black bread' or "Danish break". A popular snack "suhariki" is made from rye breads , where they toast it (i guess) or some other methods to make it very very dry and rather hard. It's like "bread chips", but not recommended for those whose teeth are not very strong.

Anyway, i have my variation of eating rye breads:
1. semi- suhariki cubes
slide the rye breads --> spread a layer of butter --> cut into cubes --> fry it lightly till crunchy. Add sauce (lemon juice+sugar+mayonnaise), and serve.
2. Vegetarian open sandwish (open sandwich means only a piece of sandwich, rather than two pieces of sandwich breads with filling in the middle.)
Well, i put tomatoes, seaweed, hard-boiled egg, and humus (i made it from white beans, I smashed it till 'porridge-like' and added seasoning.)
